In 2020, as part of a collaboration with Kuopio-based artist Noora Svärd, we designed the new Rohje Artister collection. Noora Svärd is the artist behind the oil paintings used in two of the Rohje Artister watch dials. Our cornerstone in designing the collection is using art to highlight the importance of self-expression. Teaming up with Noora therefore seemed like a natural step.
Among the special features of the Artister watch is the 3D structure of the paintings that has been incorporated in the watch dial to beautifully reflect Noora Svärd’s artwork. The paintings reflect growth, trust and possibilities, as chasing your dreams is not only a destination, but also the whole journey you take.
A watch without compromises
Three variations of Rohje Artister will be available initially: pink, blue and classic black. The watches are available with a metal mesh strap and a Rohje reindeer leather strap. The new Rohje Artister is a world-class combination of design and quality. The watch case is made of stainless steel, and the oil-painted dial is protected by double-domed sapphire crystal. World-class reliability is ensured with a high-quality Swiss movement that has up to ten years of battery life! The diameter of the watch is 36 millimetres, and the lug width for the reindeer leather strap is 14 millimetres.
