Rohje is synonymous with quality, and that means you must be fully satisfied with your purchase.
When you buy a Rohje watch, you are simultaneously guaranteeing your satisfaction with your purchase. After buying and receiving a Rohje product, you have 100 days to return the item in sellable condition.
How is money refunded?
You have the option of exchanging your item for another Rohje product or receiving a cash refund.
The time between the payment and the refund varies according to your method of payment:
- paid by credit card, the refund will be transferred to your account within a few banking days.
- paid by bank transfer (instant payment), the refund will appear in your account within 1 to 3 days from
when we received your return.
- used PayPal, you will receive further information from PayPal via email as soon as we process your return. The duration of the process depends on whether you used a PayPal account, or a bank account, credit card or bank card linked to your PayPal account.
